Privacy Policy

Idle 3D Print Farm · Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixoro Apps ("we", "us") handles information when you play the mobile game Idle 3D Print Farm (the "Game") on Android and iOS. We designed the Game to collect as little information as possible. The Game has no user accounts of its own (on Android it can use your Google Play Games profile to keep a cloud save, see section 2), and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress (coins, printers, contracts, settings such as sound and vibration) is saved on your device. We do not upload your save file to our own servers. Deleting the Game or its data removes this progress from the device (a cloud save in your Google account, if you have one, stays until you delete it, see section 2).

2. Cloud save (Google Play Games, Android)

On Android, if you are signed in to Google Play Games on your device, the Game signs in to it automatically and keeps a copy of your game progress as a Saved Game in your Google account, so you can continue on another device or after reinstalling the Game.

On iOS the Game has no cloud save. Without Play Games (or when you are signed out) nothing is stored in the cloud and the Game works as usual. To delete the cloud save, see section 8 or the data deletion page.

3. Information collected automatically

To keep the Game working and to improve it, the Game uses the following third-party services:

ServicePurposeData
GameAnalytics (Android) Anonymous gameplay analytics: which features are used, where players get stuck, game balance and stability. Gameplay events (e.g. tutorial steps, workshop level reached, in-game coins earned and spent, completed contracts, rewarded video views, time away from the game), session start/end and length, device model and manufacturer, operating system version, app version, language, a random installation identifier and, where available, the device's advertising identifier. Your IP address is used to determine an approximate country and is not stored by us.
Google Firebase (Installations, Remote Config) Delivering game configuration (for example, telling an outdated version that an update is available). A random Firebase installation identifier, app identifier and version, platform. Your IP address is processed by Google to deliver the response.
Google AdMob Showing rewarded video ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud and, with your consent where required, personalizing ads. Advertising identifier (on Android the Android advertising ID; on iOS the IDFA, only if you allow tracking, see section 4), device and app information, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions (views, clicks), diagnostics. See how Google uses information for advertising.
Google Play Distributing and updating the Game, crash and performance reports. Handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
Apple App Store Distributing and updating the Game on iOS, crash and performance reports if you choose to share them with app developers. Handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.
Google Play Games Services (Saved Games, Android) Signing in to your Play Games profile and keeping your cloud save (section 2). Your save file (game progress) in your Google account, the time it was saved, app identifier. Sign-in is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not receive information that identifies you personally. We use analytics data only in aggregate to operate, analyze and improve the Game. We do not sell your information.

4. Advertising

The Game shows ads from Google AdMob, mainly optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses. AdMob collects the data listed above to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the Game asks for your consent (through Google's consent form) before ads are personalized or data is used for that purpose; you can change your choice later in the Game's settings. Without consent you may still see non-personalized ads.

On iOS the Game first shows a short explanation and then Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether the Game may track you. Only if you tap "Allow" does AdMob receive your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and may use it to personalize and measure ads across apps and websites of other companies. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared and the ads you see may be less relevant. You can change this at any time in the iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Purchases

The Game does not contain in-app purchases. All in-game currency is virtual and has no real-world value.

6. Legal basis (EEA/UK users)

We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Game, and use data for personalized advertising only with your consent. The cloud save is kept to provide the feature you use by signing in to Google Play Games (Android). You may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time in the Game's settings, by contacting us or by uninstalling the Game.

7. Data retention

Analytics and advertising data is retained by GameAnalytics, Firebase and Google AdMob according to their retention policies and is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above. Data stored on your device remains until you delete the Game or its data. The cloud save remains in your Google account until you delete it (section 8) or delete your Google account.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ads in the Game are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

All network communication of the Game uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards required by law.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the Game after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
