Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Idle 3D Print Farm (the "Game") provided by Pixoro Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game or any part of it;
- decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
- use cheats, bots, exploits or modified versions of the Game, or interfere with its services;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3. Virtual items
The Game contains virtual currency ("coins") and virtual items. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, and are licensed to you only for use within the Game. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as part of game updates.
4. Advertising
The Game shows third-party ads (Google AdMob), including optional videos that grant in-game bonuses. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote. Watching them is always voluntary. Their availability is limited and may change at any time.
5. Game progress
Your progress is saved locally on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost because the Game or its data was deleted, the device was reset, replaced or damaged, or because of an incompatible game update.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, graphics, design, text and sounds, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Some assets are used under open licenses (such as CC0 and the SIL Open Font License); their authors retain the rights described in those licenses.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or free of errors.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Third-party stores
The Game is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store (and possibly other app stores). Your use of those stores is also subject to their terms. The store operators are not responsible for the Game or its support.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
